The Treasurer Report for December was presented by Treasurer Nancy Swan

Trail Report was given by Gary Hilgendorf – All trails are open, biggest issue is trail brushing, please ride and brush signs off and move any branches from the trails.  The sign with all business members is on the drag and maps are out.  Discussion of using the Polaris ap next year for brushing to assign areas of trails to be brushed.  Chad Grube suggested we need to have 1 contact person for brushing.  Nancy Swan suggested we do a map and post or email sections for individuals to brush.  Josh Burbach was getting a group together to brush the trails towards Gleason. If you do any brushing or can, please contact Gary Hilgendorf at 715-966-0820 or Tim Debels at 715-966-3196 for areas and with your hours. You can find current trail conditions on this site, listed under snowmobiling for Lincoln County/Tomahawk also on Facebook and our website will be updated as we get closer to opening the trails!

Old Business
Online credit cards for our website is being worked on by Nancy Swan and Joan Hilgendorf.  Joan said we are just waiting to turn it on.

The yearly 50/50 is up to $230

Thank you, Nancy Swan, for raising $4,500 jumping for our club in the Polar Plunge!

New Business
Nancy Swan welcomes any suggestions or donations for Spring Hoot April 25, 2026!

Tim & Tammy Blackwell will set a starting point and ending point for the February 14, Community Ride.

Big Thank you to Tim at Tomahawk Batteries for his generous donation of a years’ worth of batteries for our lights on Lake Alice and the River to Castaways!

Gary Hilgendorf invited anyone to attend the Ride with the Cup.  They will be at the Groomers Shed Thursday 1/15 at 10:30. The ride starts in Wausau and ends in Eagle River on the 16th.

Discussion of the $100 Raffle event not being tied to the Vintage event, it needs to move to different locations each year.  Tim from Winding Trail and Tom from Pine Pointe volunteered their places for this event in October.  We will draw to see who gets it this year and next year.

Bob Lee brought up a discussion on how to get kids more involved.  Nick Rosenmeier said he would get him in contact with the high school.

Gary Hilgendorf announced that Calvin Callahan has asked to ride with in the Groomer with him!

50/50 was won by Jason Davis, congratulations!

Meeting was adjourned by Jason Davis at 7:45, motion by Joan Hilgendorf, 2nd by Stephanie Van Strydonk and all in favor.
