The Treasurer Report for December was presented by Treasurer Nancy Swan
Trail Report was given by Gary Hillgendorf – All trails are open! A few volunteers are still doing some brushing. The biggest issue we are having currently is people going off trail, please stay on the trails. Alan Van Strydonk said there were 5 sleds that went off trail by the Spring Creek field and actually went to a cabin off trail! These incidents need to be reported if you see them, don’t ignore them! Take pictures of their sleds, trail passes etc. and report it to Travis Watruba (trail rec officer). Jason Davis also said he has heard several loud pipes by his house and resort. Any modification is illegal. Gary Hilgendorf asked that you let us know if you see any signs etc. that need to be replaced or added. New Groomer Mike Strassman is picking up grooming, thank you! You can find current trail conditions on our web site, Travel Wisconsin, listed under snowmobiling for Lincoln County/Tomahawk and also on Facebook.
Old Business
Nancy Swan stated the Online credit cards for our website is up and running! Joan Hilgendorf stated, if you see anything that needs corrected, please let us know.
The yearly 50/50 is up to $275
Gary Hilgendorf talked about Ride with the Cup and it went well! Also, the Senate Bills going to Joint Finance to raise the Registration and Trail fees is a good thing, since the last increase was in 2013.
New Business
Gun Raffle is going well and is this Saturday and Surewood Forest at 5:00!
Nancy Swan $100 tickets raffle is going well and is at Nutzee’s February 21 beginning at 3 pm!
