Knight Owls Snowmobile Meeting
Monday April 6, 2026 - Groomer Shed, W5041 Hoovie Road,

Call to order at 7:03 PM by Jason Davis, Vice President
Minutes of the last meeting (3/2/2026) were read, with no corrections, motion by Nancy Swan, 2nd by Joan Hilgendorf, all in favor.
New Members none
Treasurer Report for March was presented by Treasurer Nancy Swan
Trail Report - All trails are closed. Tim Debels thanked everyone who was able to help this year with brushing and grooming. Don’t be afraid to cut any branches or brush out on the trails this summer while ATVing! Gary Hilgendorf gave trail pass reports from the AWSC convention, all were up from last year!
Old Business
The yearly 50/50 is up to $365
The club decided to do a Calander Raffle in place of the $100 ticket drawing - motion by Alan Vanstrydonk, 2nd by Joan Hilgendorf, all in favor.
New Business
Thank you to Northwoods Riders for donating $5,000 towards new equipment! Our guys will be looking for a skid steer and attachments! Club also decided to look for a mower for the Skid Steer motion by Tammy Blackwell, 2nd by Nancy Swan and all in favor.
Spring Hoot is April 25, 2026 from 4-7 at Inshalla Country Club - Nancy Swan did say we need help selling tickets and help the day of the event. Please contact Nancy at 715-966-0308 or Tammy Blackwell at 317-409-7889 and we can get you some tickets!
Also, if anyone would like to donate to the desert raffle (cake, cupcakes etc…) let us know!
Beer/Booze Raffle posters and tickets are out and available for purchase
Thank you to Northwoods Riders for giving Groomer Certificates to our Groomers: Tim Debel’s, Rick Sparks, Gary Hilgendorf, and Mike Strassman…thank you guys!
Monthly 50/50 drawing was won by Trish Beaty, congratulations!
Yearly 50/50 was up to $395 and you had to be present to win…congrats to the winner, Frank Drake!
Land Owner Certificates will be sent out by Gary and Joan Hilgendorf.
Our first meeting for the 2026-27 season will be a Potluck dinner on Monday, August 3, 2026 beginning at 5:30, club will supply the meat.
Thank you to everyone who helped with our trails and fund raisers this season!
